Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit The Center for Youth, Family, and Community Partnerships (CYFCP) builds the capacity of families, service providers, researchers, teachers, and communities to promote the well-being of children and youth. In partnership with colleagues from across the university and the community, the Center carries out basic, applied, and action research; translates research into effective programs and practice; infuses community perspectives into university research and teaching; facilitates strategic problem-solving processes; and promotes programs, practices, and policies that yield positive outcomes for children and their families. Position Summary The person filling this position will provide onboarding management and support in the implementation and fidelity of the MORES (Mobile Outreach Response, Engagement, and Stabilization) program to new provider sites or teams. This position includes managing, supervising, coaching, and organizational support. The position requires travel to visit and work with statewide provider sites. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field or Bachelor’s and at least three (3) years of experience in program implementation leadership, staff supervision, evidence-based behavioral health models or child and family services.
Experience in providing training and support to others, particularly in behavioral health, child welfare, youth development, social services, or other related areas. Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of implementation science and experience in using that knowledge to successfully implement evidence-based interventions in multiple communities.

Key Responsibility Onboarding Management and Support Essential Tasks Provides foundational management and training in the MORES program for MORES teams
Provides guidance to provider leadership to ensure necessary MORES team support.
Collaborates with the MORES Team Lead on resolving local and systemic barriers to MORES implementation.
Collaborates with the Team Lead to define site specific MORES processes, systems and structures.
Ensure the MORES team implements the full MORES Scope of Work to fidelity. Percentage Of Time 45%
Key Responsibility Provider and Community Support Essential Tasks Ensure positive communication and collaboration between UNCG, the LME/MCO and MORES Team Lead.
Provides virtual coaching and technical assistance to MORES teams.
Collaborates with MORES Team Lead to develop and administer plan to support and train the MORES team and other provider site mobile crisis and support staff.
Leads and trains the MORES teams in use of the MORES tools (NC CAT, Evaluation collection, Family Satisfaction Survey, Relias). Works with the MORES Team Lead, provider site staff and the Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) to resolve any barriers re: referrals, connecting families to services, coordination of care across agencies and teaches the MORES team to resolve issues on their own. 6. Ensure MORES Team is connected to the MORES Training Coordinator.
