Fulfillment Program Coordinator 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 13327 Carowinds Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28273 Productiv Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator – Fulfillment to oversee and optimize fulfillment operations at our Charlotte, NC facility. This role is responsible for managing large-scale fulfillment projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse and distribution environments, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage fulfillment programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations. Oversee operational efficiency, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives. Develop and implement best practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, logistics, and supply chain, to streamline fulfillment processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements. Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and optimize workflows. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Train, mentor, and develop team members for continuous growth and efficiency. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, distribution, or warehouse management. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analytics tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
