Immersive Learning Program Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 7020 Reames Road, Charlotte, NC 28216 PRIMARY PURPOSE The Immersive Learning Program Manager will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of cutting-edge immersive technology initiatives. The program manager will play a pivotal role in advancing key initiatives to integrate innovative technologies and methodologies into educational and research programs, fostering the advancement of a Metaversity ecosystem in alignment with the enterprise’s mission. The program manager will support the integration of virtual immersive teaching and learning solutions into clinical and preclinical education, coordinate the evaluation vendors and contractors, coordinate faculty development opportunities, review and report data on the program impact. This role is crucial in driving innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of immersive solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, with a passion for harnessing technology to enhance user experiences. This position reports to the Immersive Learning Lead Major Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, delivery and impact of immersive technology projects from inception to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize immersive technology opportunities that align with programmatic and organizational goals Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize future initiatives Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor’s degree Certification / Registration / License Certified project management professional Work Experience Five years of experience in program management, with a focus on immersive technologies such as AR, VR, and/or healthcare simulation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. Exposed to a normal office environment.
