We design & deliver programs, events and experiences that inspire entrepreneurs, business leaders and work teams to envision what’s possible and help them get there. Our Charlotte, NC office is hiring for a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation and execution of our business education and / or technical assistance programs — with a focus on building incredible relationships with clients, partners, program participants, alumni and other stakeholders, managing details from project initiation to close and keeping our work aligned with each program’s scope, schedule and budget.
Specific Responsibilities include:
coordinate educational and / or technical assistance programs aimed at supporting growing business owners build relationships with external partners and collaborate with internal team members to enhance program outcomes establish, track and analyze KPIs and other metrics and data to determine program effectiveness provide administrative support for program including, but not limited to scheduling interviews for program applicants, uploading and managing learning content in program LMS and tracking attendance and other program participation details other program management responsibilities, as needed Qualifications Two (2) or Four (4) Year degree in business, management OR equivalent experience excellent interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with our clients, program participants and other stakeholders strong verbal and written communication skills exceptional attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) familiarity with workflow management tools like Asana, Monday or Trello familiarity with calendaring tools like Calendly or MS Outlook familiarity with meeting tools like Microsoft Teams or Zoom knowledge of project management principles and experience managing project budgets; PMI-CAPM or PMI-PMP certification is a PLUS. While we offer flexibility to work remotely after 90 days employment, you should be available during normal business hours ( 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday ) in the eastern U.S. time zone.
