Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Compile and maintain comprehensive prospect profiles using various research tools and data sources. + Evaluate donor capacity and engagement using modeling scores; assist with creating targeted outreach lists. + Partner with development officers to shape donor strategies and portfolio assignments; lead and participate in strategy meetings and portfolio reviews. + Collect, reconcile, and analyze data to support proposal tracking, moves management, and portfolio development; maintain accuracy in the Ascend CRM . Minimum Experience /

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree, and + Two years of professional experience, or an + Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, or related area preferred. + A minimum of two years of direct prospect research experience. + Experience in prospect research, data analytics, fundraising, or a related field. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences. + Proficiency in CRM /database systems (e.g., Ascend) and research applications. + Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
