We are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director to lead and expand our mental health programs with a focus on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and trauma-informed care. Position Overview The Program Director will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of mental health programs including outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and community outreach. This role ensures program quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to clinical and program staff across all mental health services. Develop, implement, and monitor program goals, budgets, and service delivery models. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing standards, and funding requirements. Collaborate with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to enhance service reach and impact. Monitor data and outcomes to drive continuous quality improvement. Hire, train, and evaluate program staff; promote a culture of equity, inclusion, and wellness. Lead crisis response planning and emergency mental health protocols. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (required). Current licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, etc.) in good standing (required). Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in mental health program management. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. Experience with grant writing, budget management, and strategic planning. Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), Medicaid billing, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with diverse populations, including youth, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those experiencing homelessness.
