From elite basketball clinics to personalized training sessions and branded events, we blend athletic excellence with leadership, wellness, and life-skill development. The business model and programs were created by NaJai Pollard , a 6-year professional international basketball player. Drawing from her experiences overseas, NaJai developed Supreme World to bridge the gap between professional hoopers and their communities —creating opportunities for youth to learn from real-life role models who’ve played the game at the highest levels around the world. Through Supreme World, professional athletes serve as staff , mentors, and coaches—giving young athletes not only top-tier training but inspiration from people who’ve walked the same path . More than just drills and games, the focus is on building community, confidence, and character— and making basketball fun again. Responsibilities Manages the day-to-day operations of individual basketball camps Implements training curriculum, monitors staff performance, and ensures a positive athlete experience Tracks attendance, distributes gear, and collects feedback from participants and parents Reports results and observations to Executive Director post-camp Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in program management. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and performance. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and families to promote program visibility and collaboration. Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary to meet community needs. Experience Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of budgeting processes and administrative functions related to program oversight. Flat Stipend Compensation Structure $750 per camp Travel reimbursement up to $200 (with receipts) Local transportation stipends if applicable
Performance-Based Incentives:
1. Attendance Bonus +100 if camp exceeds $50 participants +$200 if camp exceeds 75 participants 2. Sponsorship Bonus +10% of any local sponsorships personally secured (up to $500) 3. Survey-Based Feedback Bonus +$100 if average participant feedback score exceeds 4.5/5 4. Merchandise Sales Bonus +10% commission on Supreme World, LLC merchandise sold at the event (after cost)
