Program Manager Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Description This organization is responsible for approximately 500 applications and are comprised of 7 executives who are leading several thousand employees across the globe. They are starting a new team to handle risk management across the entire organization. This team will be comprised of Program Managers, who will be the “Risk Champions” for 1-2 executives and their respective teams. The program managers will essentially be working as an extension of the executive with whom they are aligned. By “risk management”

• they mean that they will be responsible for managing the performance of risk metrics and deliverables. Risk is the vulnerability of their applications. They will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and collaborating with team members to ensure they are being remediated. Their time within a week is expected to be spent as follows, at least to start: 50%
• identifying vulnerabilities / figuring out how they will be remediated 10%
• participating in meetings 20%
• reporting 20%
