Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead a complex, cross-functional enterprise data transformation initiative. This high-impact role focuses on delivering data governance, data quality, and management programs that align with enterprise strategy. The successful candidate will bring strong program management expertise, stakeholder leadership, and experience navigating complex global organizations across business and IT domains. Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of a multi-workstream, enterprise-level data transformation program across functional domains.
Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources, ensuring milestones are met with quality.
Coordinate cross-functional, global teams including IT, business, and third-party contributors to deliver transformation outcomes.
Apply Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, hybrid models) to plan and manage delivery cycles, epics, and features.
Maintain detailed program roadmaps, KPIs, dashboards, and provide transparent status updates to executive stakeholders.
Drive program governance, facilitate steering committee communications, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with change management and business readiness teams to support user adoption and process alignment.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and integration of third-party solutions into overall delivery plans. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation projects, ideally across global or matrixed environments.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums) and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with C-level reporting.
Proficiency in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading data-focused programs (e.g., Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Data Cataloging).
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, SAP MDG, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
Industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or Scrum@Scale.
Background in digital transformation, ERP modernization, or enterprise IT change initiatives. Certifications (if any)
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP (Preferred but not mandatory)
