Skills and Requirements Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, lead, and report on aspects of several strategic initiatives and change management processes across Bank Financial Crimes.
  • Incubate initiatives in one part of the organization and drive them throughout Bank Financial Crimes for consistency.
  • Flex and adapt to a wide range and depth of responsibilities, varying over the course of the day and week.
  • Lead team process design and improvement actions, gather data for status reporting, and facilitate meetings with leader partners.
  • Self-direct in learning and gathering information from large constituent and partner groups to frame a design or reporting plan for assigned initiatives and portfolio.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to manage financial aspects and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive views and reports of the portfolio.
  • Lead the intake process, ensuring all initiatives are properly documented and tracked.
  • Utilize JIRA and SharePoint for project management, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Train team members, define processes, and establish management reporting and contingency plans.
  • Build and house the portfolio, making connections and ensuring regular reporting.

Drive strategic concepts and bring them to life through effective execution.

Specific Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability in leading projects involving cross-functional teams, conducting research to identify root causes, system issues, process gaps, and opportunities, and providing viable solutions.
  • Ability to provide effective consultation to all levels of management using the latest industry standard processes and internal resources.
  • Experience developing solutions and recommendations to increase efficiency and improve business processes, projects, and programs.
  • Experience in negotiating, prioritizing, and influencing to achieve desired business results.
  • Proven skills in collaborative interaction with partners, influencing, facilitating, and questioning to yield substantive and relevant descriptions and other critical information needs.
  • Experience creating/building and delivering storyboards (e.

g., process flows/connections, data-driven insights) and management presentations.
