Two rounds. First round video screening with direct manager. Second round video panel interview.

  • We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a complex, cross-functional enterprise data transformation initiative.

This role requires exceptional program delivery expertise, experience with data management implementations, and the ability to direct global, matrixed teams across business and IT functions. The Program Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of a high-visibility portfolio that includes data management, data quality, and data governance activities. While prior experience in data management is a strong plus, success in this role hinges on program execution, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive delivery across diverse teams and time zones.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Lead the execution of a multi-workstream program, managing timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery across multiple functional domains.

+ Coordinate global cross-functional teams, balancing business, IT, and third-party contributors to meet program goals. + Apply Agile program management practices, including planning increments, managing epics and features, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement. + Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, KPIs, and status reporting for executive leadership. + Manage governance processes and steering committee communications. + Ensure alignment between business goals, technology initiatives, and transformation outcomes. + Partner with change management teams to drive user adoption and business readiness. + Support vendor oversight, contract management, and integration into delivery plans.

  • Education:
  • + Bachelor’s Degree minimum required.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • + 7-10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs or portfolios.

+ Demonstrated success in delivering large, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in distributed or global environments. + Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery). + Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, business, and technical audiences + Excellent communication and leadership presence, especially in fast-paced, high-change environments. + Proficiency with modern program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Experience with data-focused initiatives (e.g., data governance, data quality, MDM, data catalog tools). + Familiarity with platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, SAP MDG, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar. + PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, Scrum@Scale, PMI-ACP). + Background in digital transformation, ERP modernization, or enterprise change initiatives.
