Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Senior Program Manager for anopportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projectsusing appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient andeffective project completion Develop and socialize potential riskmitigation strategies Effectively communicates with managers, peersand business partners on deliverables, timelines and support neededPartners with the business to develop and transition plans,including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change Ensuresdeliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standardsResponsible for financials and project documents Guides projectsthrough all phases, ensuring required standards and processes arefollowed, required documents are completed, and required trackingsystems are kept updated Develops and manages to project planIdentifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issuesSchedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress andstatus, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulates agendas anddocuments minutes, action items. etc
