The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with youth, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment while promoting personal growth and teamwork. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with campers, guiding them through various educational and recreational activities. Duties Plan, organize, and implement daily summer camp activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Supervise campers during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Communicate effectively with campers, families, and administration to address any concerns or feedback. Maintain a clean and organized camp area, adhering to state and health rules and regulations imposed on a licensed childcare center. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere. Serve as a positive role model for campers, ensuring that you meet the children’s needs. Create a fun, nurturing, educational, organized, and safe summer camp environment.

Requirements:

Availability from June 2nd to August 15th BSAC training (if not already obtained) First Aid and CPR certification for adults and children Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred

Qualifications:
