Position Summary The System Labor Resource Management Specialist is responsible for reviewing and monitoring all aspects of staffing which includes planning, distributing, deploying, and evaluating staffing patterns to ensure optimal workforce allocation in coordination with ECUH Leadership teams at each entity or practice. This role involves evaluating staffing needs of multiple disciplines across the healthcare continuum, coordinating with various departments, and utilizing scheduling software to maintain efficient staffing levels. Minimum Requirements Associate’s degree or higher is required. Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. Two years of healthcare related experience, one year of experience in a staffing role utilizing scheduling software, or one year in leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff with the ability to problem solve, make decisions, set priorities and keep accurate, timely and orderly records. Commitment to a high standard of customer service. Knowledge of medical terminology, intermediate MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and EPIC skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of proficiency with MS Office programs to include, Word, Excel, Outlook, EPIC, and with remote collaboration tools and meeting platforms preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience developing and maintaining reports, performing predictive analysis on workloads, vacancy rates, and scheduling preferred. Act as team player exhibiting flexibility, self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work well with others. Other Information Full time with benefits – 40 hours per week Rotating shifts: Office runs 24/7 with three shifts 7am-5pm, 11am-9pm, 9pm-7am. Will need to be able to rotate to all shifts.
