Premiere Behavioral Supportsis an in-home supportive service program supporting Adults (21years or older) with a developmental disorder in Burlington,Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. Premiere BehavioralSupports is currently seeking a part-time community support staffto work 20 hours per week in varied locations throughout CumberlandCounty.
Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide support to developmentallydisabled adults with challenges such as interpersonalrelationships, social interaction, and communication skills indeveloping adaptive and practical coping skills and realizingeducational and vocational goals.
Provide one on one skill-buildingintervention for adultsBuild rapport with adults with adevelopmental disabilityComplete all necessarydocumentation.
Contribute, implement, and incorporatecommunity-based activities and programsAbility to communicate withadults with a developmental disability openly and withoutjudgmentAbility to establish a relationship based on sharedresponsibility and respectProvide interest in needs and concerns ofpersons with internal and external barriers to achievesuccessSensitivity to persons of different educational, economic,cultural, or racial backgroundsPractical problem-solving skills andthe ability to suggest options and alternativesProvide support tothe client through an ongoing one-to-oneServe as a positiveroleAssist clients with setting goals to achieve academic andpersonal success.

Experience:

All candidates, if hired, will beexpected to cooperate with Premier Behavioral Supports and TheDepartment of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.-
