Work Schedule 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary This position may be eligible for a telework schedule once onboarding into position is complete and with supervisor approval.
Primary Purpose of Position The Coordinator of Creative Services provides design services for departments, programs, and facilities for Enrollment Management departments and key Academic Affairs partners.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the creative efforts of Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC)
Designing digital and print materials to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, as assigned
Developing and executing original design concepts
Using Adobe Creative Suite products, such as Illustrator and InDesign, to design and edit assets
Communicating with campus partners and managing projects through EPC’s project management system-Basecamp
Assisting EPC with content creation efforts across Enrollment Management as needed
Completing professional training and career development opportunities as available
Minimum Education/Experience Required Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency and two years of visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and two years of visual/graphic arts experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities needed in the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
