Job Details Work/Shift Hours:

expected to fall between 8:00am – 6:00pm EST Monday-Friday Under close supervision of the department manager, the Program Coordinator assesses and identifies missing information on behalf of medical documentation and records. The Program Coordinator coordinates all activities required to answer, solve, or alleviate client concerns for the program in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. Performs general administrative tasks such as typing and maintenance of filling systems for the program. Creates and maintains patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly. Assesses, identifies, and resolves critical and/or missing information. Executes administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the program. Works with and updates records for next step in patient journey. Serves as a liaison between other members of the team. Verifies and resolves quality assurance or compliance issues. Supports customer service activities by answering or resolving any patient issues and concerns. Handles faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely. Labels and attaches documents to the CRM and program drives. Reviews and analyzes documents for Adverse Events. Reports Adverse Events. As required, responsible for processing copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments. Audits and maintains various reports specific to his/her business location by checking for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies; makes corrections and notifies appropriate personnel of any modifications. Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time. Participates in internal and client-driven product and disease training sessions. Liaises with HCPs for prescription renewals via phone calls. Manages inbound and outbound calls as needed by the program. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of one to three (1-3) years’ experience working in a medical/pharmaceutical environment or medical customer service environment. Completed degree is preferred but not required.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
