Description of Work •This Position is 100% Federally Funded•Oversee UMAP activities within HMAP, including staff hiring, training, evaluations, and coordination with contracted partners (dispensing pharmacy, PBM, and pharmaceutical wholesaler).
Respond to client, provider, and partner inquiries related to medication dispensing, ensuring timely issue resolution and standardized tracking systems.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure uninterrupted client access to medications, responding to all client-related issues within 48 hours.
Manage Delivery Exception Requests by coordinating with pharmacies, clients, and providers, and maintaining organized procedures and logs.
Coordinate and monitor bulk medication deliveries to site locations, including tracking, reporting, and process standardization.
Identify and support clients who miss medication shipments or recertification deadlines, working with case managers and counselors to reconnect them to care.
Resolve dispensing and insurance issues across all HMAP subprograms through coordination with pharmacies, PBM, providers, and clients. About the

Management prefers experience in the field of HIV, and experience with federal funding awards such as Ryan White.
