In this role, you will report to the Program Director. You’ll help lead program operations, staff support, and service delivery for individuals receiving North Carolina Waiver or Base Funded Services. This role is critical to ensuring quality, compliance, and compassionate care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and prepare for meetings on behalf of the Program Director Assist with program oversight, compliance, policy development, and incident management Supervise programs, staff activities, and provide direct client services as needed Manage referrals and support intake processes Implement quality assurance protocols and ensure proper documentation Represent Abound Health at community events and provider meetings Support hiring, onboarding, and development of program staff Facilitate communication between Program Director and internal/external stakeholders Participate in on-call rotations and support administrative functions Ensure adherence to Abound Health’s mission, vision, values, and policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or Associate’s degree and 4+ years of related experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Knowledge of ISP implementation, Medicaid/third-party billing, and compliance protocols Reliable, ethical, and able to build therapeutic relationships with clients and teams Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s with equivalent experience (as outlined above) Compensation & Benefits Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
