Job Summary As the Customer Engagement Manager – ACE at Atticus, you will take ownership of building and nurturing relationships with our customers through ACE (Atticus Customer Engagement) to drive scalability and continued growth in our business. This transformative role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty, portfolio support and enhancing engagement at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for optimizing market access and accelerating the adoption curve in both our Ag and EcoCore business divisions while optimizing return on investment for ACE. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, CommZ, Portfolio Optimization, Business Optimization, Portfolio Management and Commercial Coordination to drive portfolio adoption, product success and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools, market understanding, and creative marketing strategies to effectively engage with our customers. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital engagement plan that drives loyalty, portfolio support and business growth and enhances customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to support the independent retail professional in influencing Atticus Portfolio adoption down to the end user level.

Customer Insights and Feedback:

Analyze customer behaviors and feedback to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and tailoring engagement strategies within ACE. Be a liaison in utilizing ACE data to empower independent retail professionals with the Atticus Portfolio.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, system support, and guide system updates. Assist in developing sales strategies and supporting sales efforts with targeted marketing initiatives within ACE.

Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data, systems data, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives; portfolio support, growth and loyalty.

Technology Integration:

Identify and implement tools to enhance the digital customer engagement journey, including system integration and automation platforms. Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, customer engagement innovations to maintain a competitive edge and a strong competitive playing field perspective. Experience In-Depth Market Insight:

Competitive playing field perspective and understanding of US and global pesticide markets, farming practices, commercial and residential pest control markets, and agricultural markets.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver succinct statements with impact.

Project Management Excellence:

Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment to drive One Atticus results.

Analytical & Strategic Marketing Expertise:

A clear quantitative thinker with proven experience and understanding of marketing principles and brand management strategies.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in Microsoft programs, specifically Power Point and Excel are a must but you also should be a understand CRM tools and digital customer engagement tools.

Educational Background:
