Skills:

Project & Program Management:

Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Risk management and mitigation planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Roadmap development and prioritization
Budgeting and resource planning

Tools & Technologies:

Project management tools (e.g., JIRA , MS Project, Trello)
Reporting and analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with software development environments

Business & Financial Acumen:

Understanding of business operations and KPIs
Financial forecasting and ROI analysis

Adaptability & Problem Solving:

Ability to navigate change and ambiguity
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Domain Knowledge (Optional but Valuable):
Technical background (especially in IT, engineering, or product-driven environments)
