Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals. Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies. Develop and maintain project documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tender-related issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to drive project success. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in tender management or related areas. Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and grid integration technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent in English both written and spoken (Spanish and French is desirable) Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
