Position Number 48SM69 Position Type Temporary Essential Job Duties The department is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to manage outreach program logistics, provide financial and administrative support, and execute strategic communication efforts to enhance visibility and engagement for the department. The selected candidate will assist with the following: Program Logistics and Scheduling Plan, coordinate, and administer the logistical aspects of outreach program recruitment and delivery, including scheduling, application/ registration, material preparation, and venue management. Order and maintain an inventory of supplies for the department Maintain program calendars and assist with event coordination. Financial and Administrative Support Assist in developing grant budgets, tracking expenses, and financial documentation. Process invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders per institutional policies. Maintain accurate financial records and follow up on outstanding invoices. Work closely with the Business Office to ensure seamless processes Communication Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing and Planning Manager to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that promote awareness and engagement. Create, manage, and distribute marketing content across platforms, including websites, event apps, signage, newsletters, social media, and other promotional materials. Coordinate communication channels, including phone call routing and email responses, in collaboration with administration. Foster and maintain partnerships with campus, industry, and community organizations to support the department initiatives.
