• Plan and coordinate activities for youth programs
• Supervise and train program staff and volunteers
• Collaborate with local schools and community groups.
• Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to maximize the impact of the programs.
• Promote programs and recruit participants
• Maintain program records and evaluate program effectiveness
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Ensure program compliance with laws and regulations
• Create a safe and positive environment for participants
• Provide support and guidance to program participants and their families
• Monitor program outcomes and report to program funders and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• The ability to work with young people and develop youth programs that meet their needs.
• Experience working with young people in schools, camps, or other similar settings.
