Program President Position Available In Wilson, North Carolina

Program President St. John Community Development Corp./ Save-A-Youth 639 Walnut South Street, Wilson, NC 27893 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee our program operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and social work, along with exceptional skills in budgeting, relationship management, and program development. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties

• Manage all aspects of program operations, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community partners, and funding sources
• Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Lead program development initiatives to enhance services and meet the needs of the community Qualifications
• Proven experience in program management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated success in program development and implementation
