House Manager Lakes Region Community Services Council Belmont, NH Description:
Lakes Region Community Services is now accepting applications for a House Manager at the Broader Horizons Residential Home! The House Manager will ensure the health, welfare and safety of the individuals through the supervision of staff who work within the Broader Horizons residence. Duties will include, but not limited to: Assist with oversight of day-to-day operations under the direction of the Program Manager Responsible for assigned Therapeutic Direct Support Professionals (TDSP) including on-going and annual performance evaluations, monitoring staff development, and disciplinary action as need Work collaboratively with Program Manager and HR to interview, hire, and train new employees Willingness to assist TDSP staff to ensure the needs of individuals in the home are met including filling in or covering shifts, responding to emergency situations by phone or in-person after normal working hours Coordinates program schedule, and effectively communicates staffing changes to appropriate LRCS staff Supports Program Manager in ensuring program certification & licensing and quality improvement standards are met Supports Program Manager in ensuring the therapeutics guidelines of the program are met
Requirements:
Associates Degree with 5+Years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience, 8 years’ of relative experience can satisfy for an Associate’s Degree Valid NH Drivers’ license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required.
