Program Manager (Keene, NH) Residential Resources is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Keene, NH. We are looking for a manager with experience as a direct support professional (DSP) who understands the unique challenges and rewards of working in this field. Our managers are responsible for monitoring the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal needs of the individuals on their caseload. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, organization, and conflict management skills. This is a salaried position that includes providing direct care support within the assigned home as well as being on the on-call rotation. REQUIREMENTS

​ At least three years experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
Direct Support Experience, Medication Administration (1201) preferred.
