Job Description

Overview Manage virtual education programs including coordination and tracking of program activities, communications, event coordination, and messaging. Track programs and create reports for leaders in support of Population Health goals. Responsibilities Leverage resources to plan and build courses maximizing clinical expertise and Population Health experience. Oversee course scope from inception to completion. Assist in managing demand and schedule/orchestrate resources to meet course deadlines. Collaborate with marketing and communications department to ensure high levels of participation. Provide administrative support for project team, including scheduling appointments, preparing for upcoming meetings, coordinating key project meetings, preparing for presentations, entering data, and coordinating events. Serve as liaison among all stakeholders to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to individual tasks. Identify assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks and develop a plan to monitor, minimize and mitigate issues throughout course lifecycle. Ensure consistency among courses and that course adherence to guidelines. Run sessions through on-line video conferencing technology and troubleshoot user issues. Survey users to understand usage, appeal, issues, concerns, future needs, and other key data points to advance course evolution. Provide regular status updates to management and leadership teams. Manage messaging in between sessions. Coordinate continuing medical education credits where appropriate. Provide coverage for team members as needed. Other duties as assigned or required, including other project management work. Qualifications Associate’s degree with 5 years of operational experience or the equivalent experience required, preferably within a healthcare environment . Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have excellent and assertive planning and organizational skills. Must have demonstrated capabilities in developing a collaborative approach to program development and ability to support project evaluation. Independent thinker who is able to make decisions based on available information and data Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Trello etc. required. Interest in healthcare delivery innovation and education Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have strong attention to detail Self-starter, ability to work with little supervision Enthusiasm for the entrepreneurial aspects of building a new program within a clinical organization is critical.
