Yes Position Purpose To implement a range of program tasks to progress activities for programs under the New Hampshire Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Program office. Supports the didactic and community-based curriculum development for NH AHEC Scholars and program implementation of Health Careers Institute at Dartmouth. Serves as an integral member of the team to develop and achieve project(s) objectives, develop and facilitate execution of project plans, communicate project status, work effectively toward problem resolution. Required Qualifications

Bachelors plus 6 or more years’ experience or combination of education and experience Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Bachelor’s plus 6 years of experience in health policy, public health, or related field in a professional setting - or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.
Project management skills and ability to work independently, taking initiative to advance projects.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master’s degree is preferred

Description NOTE:
This is a grant-funded position dependent on the availability of funding Program Implementation and Coordination
Implements a range of program tasks, including data collection, content identification for newsletters, and supporting the development of curricula.
Problem-solves with partners to ensure integrity of grant-funded deliverables and achievement of deadlines and benchmarks. Resolves issues using own judgment.
Tracks, monitors, and proactively follows up on program activities to ensure alignment with program goals, objectives, and work plan, ensuring timely progress and successful outcomes.
In collaboration with principal investigator, monitors resource use and apprises project leadership of variances to budget.

Contributes to the development of reports for federal grant sponsor and contributes to the development of grant proposals.
Ensures that all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Tracks compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines associated with funding and program requirements.

40 Description Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Establishes and maintains collaborative interactions with various stakeholders, including educational institutions, community organizations, and program partners to ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.
Fosters collaborative relationships that support the goals of the NH AHEC Program.
Prepares communications about project findings tailoring the message for target audiences.
Organizes meetings and conducts follow-up communications to advance the work and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
