Join us in shaping the future of our organization while advancing a mission that truly matters! We’re hiring a full-time Chief Program Officer for our Executive Division. As Chief Program Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing housing program goals that contribute to our mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals and objectives. Working with senior leadership to formulate specific housing program goals, financial objectives and priorities. Serving as a member of the executive management team. Working closely with the Executive Director to develop a vision and strategies to lead the organization through a comprehensive strategic planning process with annual updates. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners in program areas including lenders, developers, legal counsel, underwriters, and critical vendors. Leading and overseeing outreach by program staff with partners both traditional and nontraditional, and monitoring results. Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement across programs and working with senior leadership and support staff across divisions to implement innovations and improvements. Your experience, skills, and education should include: Knowledge of, and experience with, housing programs/industry required Knowledge of, and experience with, state and federal legislative affairs preferred Expert ability to develop staff and communicate performance expectations clearly and consistently

Education:

eight to ten years relevant work experience, Master’s Degree or Juris Doctorate in a related field preferred. For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time. Starting Pay:
