Summary:
The Program Manager III manages the overall execution of the project and coordination of the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, supporting project delivery and aligning with the company’s overall goals.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines the objectives and strategies of the program or projects, to include strategic and company objectives consistent with customer and contractual requirements. Develops and implements effective customer communications plans to provide timely communications, represent the voice of customer, build customer relationships, define customer objectives, and manage customer satisfaction. Controls the timely start and completion of program tasks to assure fulfillment of program cost and schedule objectives. Ensure that all project deliverables and timing are met Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans Review project schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators allocated to projects Coordinate and support program delivery and processes Manage project reporting on project accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones against project drivers Coordinate each project within the program to ensure that objectives are achieved Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time Communicate with the customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
Business / Commerce
(Bachelor’s degree) or Engineering (Bachelor’s degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor’s degree) Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Pay Range:
$98,248 – $122,809 annually . Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
