We are seeking a Program Manager III to join our team. This is a high-visibility role managing cutting-edge programs within the Aerospace, Defense, and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) sectors. What You’ll Do:

Lead technical product development programs from concept through delivery. Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure program success. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating risks and resolving challenges. Support compliance with government contracting standards and program reporting metrics. Drive program execution within a matrixed, multi-site organization.

What You Bring:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of technical experience leading product development programs. Experience in Aerospace & Defense or SATCOM industries. Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain or currently hold a U.S. government security clearance. 100% onsite availability (Saddle River, NJ) following a 9/80 schedule.

Preferred:

Master’s degree or PMP certification. Active Secret Clearance. Experience with development and production (not service-based) program management. Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, Export Regulations, EVMS, and government contracting. Subcontract and contract management experience. Prior customer-facing experience with both military and commercial programs.

Location Requirement:

This role is fully onsite at our Saddle River, NJ facility. Relocation assistance is not available. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
