RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce’s client, a well-established and innovative technology firm, is seeking to hire a Program Manager – RF, Mixed-Signal Technologies in Saddle River, NJ.

Summary:

In this key role, the Program Manager – RF, Mixed Signal Technologies will lead complex programs with an emphasis on new product development. They will lead talented cross-functional teams to develop innovative next-generation RF, Microwave and Mixed Signal solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build programs over their full lifecycle for customers worldwide and leading a continuous improvement culture focused on employee engagement to drive business performance
• Manage full program lifecycle – scope, schedule, cost, and quality – ensuring on-time, on-budget performance
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution, and program alignment
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, estimates, risk registers, and status reports
• Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and manage contractual documentation
• Oversee resource planning, sub-contract management, and program P&L, ensuring margin targets are met
• Drive risk mitigation, opportunity management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with business development to support follow-on and new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Seven or more years of related engineering and program management experience
• Experience with large scale development programs
• Proven technical leadership of product development programs in the satellite communications, aerospace, or defense industries
• Strong business acumen and customer-facing experience
• Strong team building skills that enable partnership and coordination within and across teams and functions
  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
