Job Overview:
Looking for an organized, creative, collaborative leader to oversee and lead child & adolescent mental health services in a partial hospitalization level of care. The Program Coordinator would be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to, oversite and management of all staffing needs and day to day operations including curriculum implementation, supply management, scheduling for programming, ensuring that the program/activities operate as planned and patients served are delivered quality services in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience of other licensed professionals, and 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and families. Must have a valid
NJ Drivers License Certifications and Licenses Required:
NJ LCSW or
LPC, ACS
Essential Functions:
Collects and reports on data, submitting monthly data reports, and completes daily charge reconciliation Participates in personal/professional development and takes responsibility for the clinical and administrative supervision of the clinical team Makes hiring and corrective action recommendations, including intern selection, training and onboarding In consultation with the treatment team and outside resources, contributes to the comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment plans and ensures EMRs are in compliance with regulatory standards Participates in all crisis intervention, crisis management action per the program`s policies and procedures When providing direct services to patients, care meets all of the standards for a Senior Primary Therapist role Ensures that unit/department/division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
