As a Program Manager with 15 years of experience would highlight leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of program management principles.
Should have strong financial background.

Setup processes for creation of business documents to communicate with board members, donors and external stakeholders.
Determine key performance indicators for projects/initiatives.

Strong understanding of program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Significant experience in managing large and complex programs
