Conduct in-home visits to complete enrollment and engage families from day one Track and assign referrals to therapists, keeping our service pipeline flowing and effective Link families with vital resources and services to support their growth and stability Provide key administrative support, including data reporting to help us measure our success Be the heart of coordination, helping everything run smoothly in multiple counties What You Bring to the

Table:

Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in family support or the child welfare system Experience marketing programs including participation in community outreach activities Fully bilingual in English and Spanish-you’re the bridge that connects diverse families to care Ability to work respectfully with families of diverse backgrounds and display sensitivity to cultural diversity A valid NJ driver’s license with a good 5-year driving record and reliable transportation Flexibility to work evenings/weekends to meet family schedules Why Join Us?
