Reporting to the University Director for

SUNY ASAP

|ACE (Advancing Success in Associate Pathways | Advancing Completion through Engagement), the Program Coordinator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the program and supporting effective communication with partner campuses. This position will help ensure consistent administration of the ASAP|ACE model by coordinating campus communications, tracking policy and deliverables, supporting data collection efforts, and organizing technical assistance and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the tracking and coordination of program implementation, deliverables, and operational activities across all ASAP|ACE partner campuses. Serve as the primary liaison for campus professional development and technical assistance activities. Draft and distribute high-quality communications to partner campuses and internal SUNY stakeholders, including memos and program updates. Assist in developing implementation resources and tools that support fidelity to the ASAP|ACE model. Manage

SUNY ASAP

|ACE digital platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) to ensure materials are current, organized, and accessible to partner campuses. Coordinate the collection and organization of key program documents and reports for review by the University Director and program data staff. Collaborate with system-level teams and campus staff to strengthen implementation efforts, share effective practices, and support continuous program improvement. Contribute to the preparation of presentations, summary reports, and policy documents that inform system-level planning and oversight.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in higher education or a related field preferred. At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a record of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting content for public-facing or institutional use. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.

Additional Information:

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. VISA sponsorship is NOT available for this position. Salary is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, training, and certifications. The range for this position is $73,000-$82,000 annually.

State Title:

Senior Staff Assistant (SL-3) and is part of the United University Professions Union.
