MSP Program Coordinator Summary of Position The ProgramCoordinator must maintain quality customer service and day-to-daysite operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractualdeliverables as outlined in the Master Service Agreement. Dependingon the size of the on-site team, the Program Coordinator scope ofresponsibilities will usually consist of multiple product lines(compliance and staffing desk).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain an updated SOP”Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day procedures so thatoperation functions efficiently. Implement new processes andenhance current processes to strengthen efficiency. Facilitate thefulfillment of temporary requisitions through Nesco Resourcesystems (DivaVMS). Efficiently manage the relationship/interactionof the approved staffing desk suppliers and managers. Coach andcounsel suppliers as needed in a manner that yields collaboration,improved supplier performance and satisfactory Nesco Resourcedelivery and mitigate risk. Coordinate and deliver Supplier Forum.
Negotiate rates with vendors on client’s behalf. Identify processefficiencies and recommend implementation to the Program Manager.
Resolve and follow through, in a timely manner, all issues relatedto the worker, manager and staffing agency. Provide consistent andtimely updates of problems and their resolution to the ProgramManager. Assume ownership for program-related projects and deliverwithin defined timelines. Manage the resolution of any serious orcomplex issues that may jeopardize Nesco Resource’s position withthe client or staffing supplier, or issues that requires theirinvolvement, utilizing the Program Director or other internalpartners for support. May create reports for Team on Fills, Qualityand Cost Savings. Lead biweekly/weekly Supplier Calls. Performco-employment training to end users. Manage in-take of allnecessary paperwork and information (i.e. Manager Questionnaire,SOW, or Business Validation Application). Based on theQuestionnaire/SOW determine whether IC Screening is required.
Manage process flow, including initial in-take, partnership withinternal partners, and communication to appropriate parties.
Maintain updated and accurate information in Nesco ResourceTechnology. Facilitate escalations to the appropriate clientcontact (Legal, Purchasing, Risk, HR, Security) or appropriateNesco Resource resources. Escalate difficult situations to theProgram Director and manage conversations with the hiring manager,client contact, or contractor. Ensure Program Director and RegionalDirector are fully aware of any potentially critical escalations.
Generate regular reports to both internal and external customers.
Will partner and support the compliance department with allcompliance matters. Ensure that all deliverables outlined in theSOW are met. Maintain all order information in VMS Technology.
Check phone messages at least every two hours or arrange phonebackup. Check and respond to all service inquiries within 2- hoursof receipt. Perform all require Nesco Resource Technology dataentry before leaving work daily. Generate all required weeklyreports to both client and Nesco Resource on a timely basis. Allother duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GEDrequired; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Aminimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, marketing,staffing client relationship management, industry operations,HR/recruiting, and extensive customer service or comparableexperience. MSP or Master Vendor program experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, andinterpersonal. Able to partner and communicate with staff andclients, including Executive levels. Must have good customerservice and administrative organizational skills.
Working knowledgeof:
desktop computers and MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, MSOutlook, Internet access, fax, copier, phones and other officeequipment needed for the position function. Database and reportingcapabilities. Good data entry (alpha & numeric) with accuracy. Mustbe Detail oriented with the ability to think critically, solveproblems and manage client relationships. Working knowledge oflabor and employment laws. Experience with quality customer servicerequirements and working within Healthcare. Overall operationalexperience in product delivery. Physical Demands Must be able toremain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs tooccasionally move about the inside of the office to access filecabinets, office machinery, etc. and bend or stand as necessary.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivitymachinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computerprinter. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such ascomputers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Occasionally positions self to move boxes or equipment weighing 25pounds or less. Frequently communicates with fellow employees,clients, associates, etc. Must be able to perceive objects at adistance and up close. Must be able to travel for short or extendedperiods to other Nesco Resource client locations, to corporateoffice as needed for specific meetings, or to other businesslocations related to business.
