Program Monitor Part Time (Thurs-Sat 3p-11p) Part Time (Sun & Mon 11p-7a) Monitors the program and its residents while ensuring resident safety during assigned hours Actively navigates throughout all areas of the program during assigned shift, in addition to regularly conducted safety searches. Ensures program procedures are followed regarding anyone entering or exiting the program during assigned shift and visually observing residents upon entry and exit. May assist with medication monitoring processes as needed. Responsible for proper oversight of program alarm systems in place. May assist with program transportation needs upon occasion. Responds to all immediate social or housekeeping issues as they arise. Prepares bedrooms during periods of resident turnover. Provides breathalyzer and toxicology screening as needed. Responds to crises and emergencies. Inputs data into the agency database as requested by supervisor. Attends and participates in all job-related workshops, in-services trainings and agency activities. Performs regular room and facility inspections as requested, to assess for safety and/ or maintenance needs. Assists with pest management procedures and reports any pest management issues to the Program Supervisor.

Maintains compliance with all required rules and regulations, including Federal Confidentiality (42 CFR, Part 2), HIPAA, Medicaid and/or HUD, and any others

Qualifications :

A high school diploma or equivalency diploma

NYS Valid Driver’s License Job Type:
