Job Details We are seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Senior Program Manager for our AerospaceEngineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor leading and managing complex aerospace programs from inceptionto completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring thatprojects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highestquality standards. The candidate must have experience inengineering, program management, aerospace, defense, andmanufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex aerospaceprograms from inception to completion. Develop and execute projectplans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functionalteams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, andquality to ensure project success. Identify and manage risks andissues to ensure project delivery. Monitor and report projectprogress to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all applicableregulations, standards, and policies. Manage customer relationshipsand ensure customer satisfaction. Manage program financials,including revenue, cost, and profit.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years ofexperience in program management in the aerospace or defenseindustry. Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principlesand practices. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and qualitycontrol. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving andanalytical skills. Experience with project management tools andsoftware. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
