- Program Team Lead
- Position Purpose
- The Team Lead supports daily operations and ensures the needs of individuals served are met by upholding policies, driving performance, and fostering a high-quality, person-centered environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Develop care plans and provide emotional and behavioral support + Advocate for residents and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams + Train staff in medication administration and performance expectations + Conduct investigations and ensure policy compliance + Promote safety and program quality through regular evaluations
- Minimum Qualifications
- + Master’s degree with 1+ year, OR + Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, OR + Associate degree/60 credits with 4+ years of direct experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism + Valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles + Reliable transportation for local travel + Current Act 33/34/73 Clearances + Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test + Completion of Department of Public Welfare Medication Administration Training within 90 days of hire •Position Highlights & Benefits•+ Benefits start Day 1!
