Program Team Lead Position Purpose The Team Lead supports daily operations and ensures the needs of individuals served are met by upholding policies, driving performance, and fostering a high-quality, person-centered environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop care plans and provide emotional and behavioral support Advocate for residents and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Train staff in medication administration and performance expectations Conduct investigations and ensure policy compliance Promote safety and program quality through regular evaluations Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree with 1+ year, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, OR Associate degree/60 credits with 4+ years of direct experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism Valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles Reliable transportation for local travel Current Act 33/34/73 Clearances Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test Completion of Department of Public Welfare Medication Administration Training within 90 days of hire Position Highlights & Benefits Benefits start Day 1!
