DESCRIPTION POSITION SUMMARY
The Teen LEAD Coordinator is responsible for the professional and efficient delivery of the program. This includes supervising and supporting the program support positions. The coordinator must ensure that all processes and protocols for the program are adhered to and that the program meets all reporting deadlines and guidelines from an administrative and grant reporting perspective. The coordinator will be included in management meetings as needed and will support and educate the Senior Management team of Kingsley as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Works in collaboration with the Kingsley staff to ensure exceptional teen experiences. Lead all communication efforts relative to the staff and partners. Ensure effective communication with families and teens. Model leadership in all interactions with teens, volunteers, and supporters. Schedule and conduct trainings with staff as needed. Develop collaborative partnerships with other local agencies. Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment. Deliver and develop relevant curriculum per program outcomes and components. Cultivate relationships with school districts to increase recruitment. Facilitate collection of data for reporting of outcomes. Work with senior management on sustainability efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment, be flexible, organized, and able to effectively prioritize work tasks. Strong verbal communication skills. Must be detail-oriented. Skilled in the use of all Microsoft Office products
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
Teaching degree or 3+ years of professional experience in a youth development environment Current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances

Reports to: Senior Director of Programs and Services Direct reports: Teen LEAD Program Assistants
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works in a normal office setting, with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Indoor & outdoor Frequently required to work at a fast pace Evening, and weekend work required. Salary range $20 – $25 per hour Salary $20 – $25 per hour
