Support Coordinator 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 • Hybrid work Insight Global is seeking multiple Intellectual Disability Support Coordinators for a well-known non-profit organization, located in Philadelphia, PA. This role has a mandatory two week paid orientation and training. After training, you will enter a hybrid model where you may work from home but are still required to travel to individual homes and group homes to provide support. As a Support Coordinator, you will be expected to develop person-centered plans while coordinating and monitoring different services. You will provide support to individuals with Intellectual disabilities over the phone, in-person and often at their home. Desired Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree required which includes or is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Gerontology, Criminal Justice, or other related Social Science. Valid driver’s license and use of personal automobile required to complete home visits and program visits. Computer skills and excellent communication and organizational skills needed. Experience attending ISP meetings or creating ISPs Some experience working with individuals who have disabilities
