Human Services – Program Specialist II County of Butler 124 West Diamond Street, Butler, PA 16001 The Complex Case Manager (CCM) is a professional, management level position involving coordinating and overseeing the complex care needs for individuals identified as Seriously Mentally Ill and dually diagnosed, forensically involved, transitional age youth/young adults or served by multi-systems. These individuals have difficulty maintaining a stable environment in the community because of their mental illness and require additional levels of oversight to maintain community tenure. This role will be responsible for the ongoing management of high priority cases to improve operations across human services systems. This is professional work of an administrative nature involving the community Mental Health programs of Butler County Human Services and its service partners. This position is primarily office based and administrative in nature but can be extend into community environments. Work is performed under the direction of the MH Director and is reviewed through supervisions and reports.

MET REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in a human services related field such as social work, counseling, psychology, gerontology, or criminal justice and three years of professional level experience in the mental health field; in a public or private social service provider agency. Preference will be given to those who have cross system experience in human services and administrative work related to leading teams of professionals for client care. Veterans’ Preference applies.
