Position Summary:

The Program Coordinator collaborates with the Executive Director to ensure the Children’s Advocacy Center of Butler County is coordinating with the various member agencies of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to meet National Children’s Alliance Accreditation Standards and addresses the needs of children, families, and the community in child abuse cases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data entry and tracking to generate monthly and quarterly reports for grants and stakeholders, organizing and facilitating Monthly Case Review and Special MDT Meetings, monitoring case outcomes from investigative bodies, providing notifications to investigative bodies where authorized and appropriate, capturing required documentation from MDT partners to meet National Accreditation Standards, and organizing onboarding and training for new and existing MDT members. . Additionally, the Program Coordinator serves as a backup forensic interviewer, conducting neutral, developmentally appropriate interviews with children, after completing the training required to do so.

Responsibilities:
Case Tracking and Quality Assurance:

Track CPS and LEO investigative outcomes and enter data into case management system, NCATrak. Enter all relevant data into case management system related to conducting Monthly Case Reviews and/or Special MDT meetings. Track Mental Health referrals by the CAC and gather base data on trauma symptom reduction, engagement status, and barriers to participation and enter data into case management system, NCATrak. Coordinate with Family Advocate where additional support for the child/family may be needed. Complete criminal case tracking for all cases where charges have been filed. Provide notifications to MDT partners as necessary and outlined in Standard Operating Procedures. Generate monthly CAC service reports for Butler County Children and Youth Services. Tracker to assess if NCA Accreditation Standard for CAC referrals (75% of all eligible cases) is being met. Assist Executive Director in the completion of the quarterly VOCA report. MDT Consultation and Training :

Collaborate with the Executive Director on agency and MDT training needs. Organize and provide onboarding for new MDT members as necessary. Develop relationships with key members of the MDT and gather all necessary documentation from agency partners for mandatory trainings and certifications as outlined in the NCA Standards of Accreditation.

Additional Duties:

Assist in creating a safe environment for staff, clients, and team members. Represent the CAC throughout the community and with key stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. Business travel, including overnight travel, is required.

Qualifications:
Essential:

Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Leadership and management abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience required. Knowledge of child abuse dynamics and reporting. Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required. Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Expectations:

Attend ongoing training for MDT Coordination and Group Facilitation. Flexible work schedule, including emergency responses. Assist with fundraising events as necessary.

Pre-Employment:

Complete physical examination, TB testing, and drug screening.

Professional Conduct:

Adhere to agency policies and procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and teamwork.

Work Environment :

Normal office setting with frequent computer work. Travel to community sites with varying conditions. Adjusted work schedule as needed.
