Benefitsare available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employeeswith 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Program SpecialistHighlights This position is a contract assignment with potential tohire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, andbusiness needs. Program Specialist Responsibilities Respondverbally or in writing to select inquiries from internaldepartments, external entities, and family/applicants. Coordinatethe development and maintenance of IT systems to support programoperations and track systems. Review and recommend modifications toprogram manuals and materials based on policy revisions. Developand update forms and files. Coordinate data collection and preparereports. May assist in incident reviews, closing incident reports,and investigations. May participate in fair hearing preparation.

Represent the Bureau at trainings, meetings, and conferences.

Assist with tracking information and preparing reports forsupervisors and other stakeholders. Monitor services provided toparticipants in various programs. Program Specialist RequirementsTwo (2) years of professional experience in human services researchor providing social services to clients. Bachelor’s degree OR anequivalent combination of experience and training. Intermediatecomputer skills, including Microsoft Office products. High SchoolDiploma or GED. Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Program Specialist Preferred Qualifications Previous experience instate or government-run human services programs. Strong written andverbal communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret dataand prepare reports effectively.
