Role:

As the IDD Program Director, you will function in a high-level managerial capacity and is responsible for the efficient operation of IDD programs in the assigned regional jurisdiction. Work activities are performed with a high degree of independence in following and understanding corporate policies and procedures and program regulations. Reporting responsibilities are to the Senior Director of Operations or their designee who provides direct supervision for this position.

Competitive rate of pay- $50,000 to $65,000/annually Does the following apply to you? A Bachelor’s Degree with at least four years of experience working directly with programs for the developmentally disabled and at least four years of experience in high level managerial and supervisory work. Proficient in computer skills, including the use of MS Suite software, and capable of Pennsylvania programmatic portals such as HCSIS and PROMISe. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license with good driving record What we offer:
