Role:

As a Residential Program Specialist, you will support adults with developmental disabilities in their home setting. You will be responsible for the coordination of assessments in accordance with payer regulations; for coordination or development and review of individual program plans in coordination with team members including family members, residential providers, support coordination activities, and other stakeholders; for the coordination of training and development for consumers to maximize and/or maintain skills; for the participation in Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings and ensure compliance with ISP goals and outcomes.

Competitive pay rate $20 – $23 per hour based on education and experience Does the following apply to you? A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities or autism; Or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities or autism; Or an Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities or autism. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license with good driving record What we offer:
