out of 5 stars 201 N Jefferson St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767 The Service Coordinator assesses Public Housing residents’ needs, identifies and links residents to appropriate community services, and monitors the delivery of services. Responsible for organizing educational and health-related activities designed to help Public Housing residents attain greater self-sufficiency. Full-time, competitive pay and benefits. This position is grant funded with a three-year term expiring June 2026, continuation of the position is dependent upon renewal of grant funding.
